I have received a damaged item. What can I do about it?
We are sorry to hear that! Simply send us a photo of the damaged item to hello@guudscosmetics.com and we will replace your order as soon as possible.

I still have not received my order. Why it takes so long?
Orders to Spain arrive in a maximum of 48 hours from the moment the purchase is formalized. International shipments may take a little longer due to customs controls depending on the country of delivery.

Is there a return policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their orders. If you still wish to receive a refund for your order, we can of course make the payment, as long as the claim is made within 14 days of the order date and the product(s) in question are not the sale.
