I have received a damaged item. What can I do about it?
We are sorry to hear that! Simply send us a photo of the damaged item to hello@guudscosmetics.com and we will replace your order as soon as possible.
I still have not received my order. Why it takes so long?
Orders to Spain arrive in a maximum of 48 hours from the moment the purchase is formalized. International shipments may take a little longer due to customs controls depending on the country of delivery.
Is there a return policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their orders. If you still wish to receive a refund for your order, we can of course make the payment, as long as the claim is made within 14 days of the order date and the product(s) in question are not the sale. QUARTZ | Oil-to-Milk Cleansing Balm
Oily gel texture that turns milky in contact with water in order to remove all the impurities left by makeup or the wear and tear to which our skin is exposed during our day to day life without leaving a greasy residue. Quartz is not a simple facial cleanser: it contains natural ingredients and technological active ingredients that will provide unique properties to your skin to show off a young, healthy and hydrated skin.HOW TO USE:
1. Extract the balm with our rose quartz spatula
2. Heat a small amount of the product with your fingertips and apply to a dry face, with lips and eyes closed, gently massaging to spread the product.
3. To remove it, apply a little water so that the oil turns into milk and rinse.
4. Massage with our 100% cellulose sponge of natural and vegetable origin for the complete removal of the product.
We recommend daily use for optimal results. Topical use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
ONYX | Firming Protective 2-in-1 Serum & Toner
With a light texture, it combines hydration and total absorption with a protective shield against blue light and pollution thanks to the careful selection of our active ingredients.
