Todavía no he recibido mi pedido. ¿Por qué tarda tanto?
Los pedidos a España llegan en un máximo de 48h desde el momento en el que se formaliza la compra. Puede que los envíos internacionales tarden un poco más debido a los controles de aduanas realizados en función del país de entrega.
¿Existe una política de devoluciones?
Hacemos todo lo posible para resolver cualquier problema que nuestros clientes puedan tener con sus pedidos. Si aún así deseas recibir el reembolso de tu pedido, podemos, por supuesto, realizar el pago, siempre y cuando la reclamación se realice en un plazo de 14 días a partir de la fecha del pedido y el producto o productos en cuestión no estén a la venta. QUARTZ | Oil-to-Milk Cleansing Balm
Oily gel texture that turns milky in contact with water in order to remove all the impurities left by makeup or the wear and tear to which our skin is exposed during our day to day life without leaving a greasy residue. 1. Extract the balm with our rose quartz spatula
2. Heat a small amount of the product with your fingertips and apply to a dry face, with lips and eyes closed, gently massaging to spread the product.
3. To remove it, apply a little water so that the oil turns into milk and rinse.
4. Massage with our 100% cellulose sponge of natural and vegetable origin for the complete removal of the product.
