NO COMPARTAS TU INFORMACIÓN PERSONAL
GUUDS nunca te enviará un correo electrónico ni te llamará por teléfono para pedirte que reveles o verifiques la contraseña de tu cuenta de GUUDS, ni tus números de cuenta bancaria o tarjeta de crédito, ni ningún otro dato de información personal. En caso de que alguien se ponga en contacto contigo o de recibir un correo electrónico no solicitado que te pida alguno de los datos anteriores, no respondas y comunícalo inmediatamente a GUUDS para que podamos proceder a la investigación del incidente.
¿CÓMO IDENTIFICAR LOS CORREOS ELECTRÓNICOS FALSOS?
Ignora todo correo electrónico que recibas en el que se te solicite información personal o que te redirija a otra página web que no sea Guuds.com o Guuds.es, o en el que se te pida que pagues fuera de Guuds.com o la pasarela de pago del Banco Sabadell, ya que podría ser un intento de suplantación de personalidad (‘spoofing’ o ‘phishing’), y deberás considerarlo fraudulento.
GUUDS utiliza las terminaciones «@guudscosmetics.es» o «@guudscosmetics.com» para los correos electrónicos. Si recibes un correo electrónico con un formato distinto, puedes estar seguro de que es un correo falso. Algunos correos electrónicos que practican phishing contienen enlaces a sitios web que utilizan la palabra «Guuds» en su URL, pero que te dirigirán a un sitio web completamente distinto. Si desplazas el ratón por encima del enlace, podrás ver la URL asociada, que probablemente tendrá un formato diferente a las enlazadas en los sitios web auténticos de Guuds. Si aun así haces clic en un correo electrónico que practica phishing y te redirigen a una página que se parezca a «Tu perfil» o a cualquiera que te pida verificar o modificar tu información personal, ignórala y considérala como fraudulenta.
¿QUÉ HACER SI TE ENCUENTRAS CON UN INTENTO DE PHISHING?
Envía un correo electrónico a la dirección guudscostumer@guudscosmetics.com y adjunta el correo electrónico que consideras falso. Al adjuntarnos este correo electrónico fraudulento, nos estás ayudando a localizar su origen. Si no puedes adjuntar el correo electrónico falso, reenvíalo a guudscostumer@guudscosmetics.com e incluye la mayor cantidad de información posible sobre el mismo.
